DeHaat wins Audience Prize

Shanghai, 32 October 2019 – DeHaat emerged as the Winner of the Audience’s Prize of Rabobank Asia’s SustainableAg Asia Challenge, following an intensive five minute pitch by each of the five finalists.

Based in India, DeHaat offers a technology enabled platform, providing complete end-to-end services to more than 170,000 Indian farmers from "Seed to Market" with a goal of expanding to a million by 2022. DeHaat, together with Stellapps, Longcom Internet-of-Things, AgNext and PT Crowde Membangun Bangsa, were selected earlier as the Top-5 submissions during a marathon Pitch Day on 10 October 2019. They received an exclusive invitation to present at Rabobank Asia’s annual Food & Agribusiness Advisory Board Meeting held in Shanghai on 31 October 2019, bringing together Chairmen and CEOs of leading food and agribusiness companies and commodity traders from China, India and Southeast Asia.
